​PLANS TERMS & CONDITIONS All plans are not limited to prices shown and are subject to change. You may cancel your plan at any time however; you will forfeit ANY and ALL retainers and/or payments made. If you desire to upgrade your plan a week notice is needed and it must be done the 1st of the following month.  ​​TRAVEL POLICY I am an "on-site makeup artist", which means I travel to you for your luxury experience. I come prepared with makeup for all different skin tones and types, directors chair, ring light for good lighting, camera to take before and after's, and a table if needed. My goal is to make your prep-time luxurious, fun, and relaxing. A travel fee is applied at my starting point and out which starts at $50. (My location Elgin IL) Anything over 250 miles from my start point with a start time at 7am or before, I require to stay the night in a motel or hotel the night prior. Motel/hotel will need to be covered by you. Of course I will not expect a 5 star hotel. I just ask to be closer to your location so I am not tired or exhausted and I can work to my full ability the day of your special day!  PARKING FEES Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, this must be paid or covered by the client. AIRFARE AND ACCOMMODATION ​All costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include but are not limited to luggage's, airfare, hotel (2 or 3 nights depending on destination), transportation to and from the airport in the departing and destination city, parking in the departing and destination city, per diem for meals if not all-inclusive, service incidentals, and all taxes. ​ EXECUTIVE PLATINUM PLANS PROIRITY BOOKING INFO  All "Executive Platinum Plan" members must understand even though you have the benefit of "priority booking" my services are still first come first serviced agreements due to the demand of requests from different members. However it is the responsibility of the client to communicate one's schedule asap, to ensure they will receive "priority booking" for dates requested. Keep in mind you can only book one month in advance to ensure fairness with all members.  EXCUTIVE PLATIUM PLANS UNLIMITED HAIRSTYLES All "Executive Platinum Plan" members must be aware an approved hair appointment is required each time you need hair service(s).  All hair service(s) will be free however extension hair is not included. Client must provide ones own extension hair. As a hairstylist I will do my best to offer good quality hair extension recommendations, that would suit your needs. Please be aware you must communicate asap your desired appointment date and time, if you desire to take advantage of the hair services I provide. If you don't desire to have your hair serviced by me Latayvia Childs the plan price still remains the same. However I would still be available to provide onset touch ups and hair needs. ​ THE DIAMOND PLAN HAIRSTYLES All "Diamond Plan" members must be aware an approved hair appointment is required each time you need hair service(s).  You are offered 3x hairstyles, washes, touchup each monthly. However keep in mind extension hair is not included. Client must provide ones own extension hair. As a hairstylist I will do my best to offer good quality hair extension recommendations, that would suit your needs. Please be aware you must communicate asap your desired appointment date and time, if you desire to take advantage of the hair services I provide. If you don't desire to have your hair serviced by me Latayvia Childs the plan price still remains the same. However I would still be available to provide onset touch ups and hair needs. ​ EXCLUSIVELY YOURS MAKEUP KIT Exclusively Yours Makeup Kit is a makeup kit of each clients personal products used on them alone and no one else. This kit will include high end products of each her own foundations, lippies, powders, and etc. Whenever a service is booked clients own custom made kit will be used each application. 3 out of the 4 plans has an agreement of number of replenishments except the "Executive Platinum" Plan. Once the replenishment agreement is fulfilled it will be the clients responsibility to replenish one's kit with desired products. If not a generalized; sanitized product will be used instead. All kits will be kept safely labeled and stored away.
